Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy governs the conditions and procedures for refunds relating to services provided by ForceVPS.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service (ToS).
By placing an order and making payment for ForceVPS services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this Policy.
2. General Refund Rules
Refunds are provided only in cases expressly specified in this Policy or as required by applicable law.
ForceVPS does not guarantee refunds for all types of services.
Each refund request is reviewed individually.
3. VPS and VDS Services
For new customers, ForceVPS may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the activation date of a VPS/VDS service.
A refund may be granted provided that:
- the service was ordered for the first time;
- no violations of the Terms of Service or AUP have occurred;
- there is no evidence of abuse of the refund policy;
- no chargebacks or fraudulent activities have been identified.
Refunds do not apply to:
- service renewals;
- additional IP addresses;
- software licenses;
- additional options or services.
4. Dedicated Servers
Refunds for Dedicated Servers are not available once the service has been activated.
The Customer acknowledges that Dedicated Servers require allocation of resources, hardware preparation, and related costs prior to service delivery.
Prior to activation, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. IPv4 and IPv6 Addresses
Fees paid for IPv4 and IPv6 resources are non-refundable.
No refunds shall be issued for either the initial allocation or renewal of IP address resources.
6. Domain Names
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and restorations are final transactions.
Refunds are not available for domain-related services.
7. Software Licenses
Any software licenses, including but not limited to:
- Microsoft;
- cPanel;
- Plesk;
- ISPmanager;
- DirectAdmin;
- other software licenses;
are non-refundable once activated.
8. Colocation Services
Refunds for colocation services are not available once service delivery has commenced.
Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of ForceVPS.
9. Policy Violations
Refunds shall not be provided where a service has been suspended, restricted, or terminated as a result of:
- violation of the Terms of Service;
- violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP);
- Abuse complaints;
- fraudulent activity;
- submission of false information;
- violation of applicable laws.
10. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting ForceVPS may be considered a violation of the Terms of Service.
ForceVPS reserves the right to:
- suspend or terminate the Customer account;
- discontinue services;
- refuse future service requests.
11. Fees and Charges
When processing a refund, ForceVPS reserves the right to deduct:
- payment processor fees;
- banking fees;
- transaction processing costs;
- other actual expenses incurred.
12. Refund Processing Time
Following approval, refund requests are generally processed within fourteen (14) business days.
The actual time required for funds to be credited depends on the payment provider or banking institution involved.
13. Limitation of Liability
The maximum refund amount shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the applicable service.
ForceVPS shall not be liable for:
- loss of profits;
- indirect damages;
- third-party expenses;
- loss of data.
14. Amendments to this Policy
ForceVPS reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
The current version shall be published on the website and shall become effective upon publication.
